Salt Lake City, Utah - This weekend’s collegiate races, hosted by the University of Utah, marked the end of regular conference racing for the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Cycling Conference. The Colorado State University Rams brought a full squad of 22 racers, ready to leave their stamp on the 2009 Conference Championships.

Please join the CSU Rams Cycling Team for an evening celebrating the past, present and future success of your favorite collegiate cycling team! Head upstairs at the Rio Grande Restaurant (143 W. Mountain Avenue) on Wednesday, February 18 from 6:00-9:00pm for a fun night of food, live music, a silent auction, and of course Rio margaritas.
 

The first meeting of the '09 road season will be on at 8pm on Monday, January 26 in the Lory Student Center, room 224. Join us to learn more about collegiate road cycling, meet team members, ask questions, find riding partners, and EAT ICE CREAM. Yep, that's right, FREE ICE CREAM! Be there!

This year the Collegiate Cyclocross Nationals Championships were contested on Kansas City. The CSU Rams brought a strong team and ended up with another podium spot at a National Championship.

We have recently added three new listserves to help organize various groups within our Rams Cycling community. We have a new men's B and C group (the BC Bombers), and new women's group (wallopingwomen) and a new men's A group (the Awesomenauts).

We will have our first formal meeting of the year on Wednesday, September 3rd on the second floor of the Rec Center at 7pm. To find the room go in the main (south facing) doors of the Rec Center and head up the stairs to your right. You'll run right into it. For the rest of the year our meetings will be on Mondays at 8pm on the second floor of the Lory Student Center. Watch the listserve for specific rooms.
